Welcome to Nashik Irrigation Division
Nashik Irrigation Division established by the Water Resources Department ( Formarly known as Irrigation Department of Bombay State) on 13th November 1920 by British Government for the maintenance & management of irrigation and non irrigation use of completed irrigation projects. At the time in the beginning Darna Dam, Nandurmadhameshwar pickup weir and Godavari Right & Left bank canal were under control of Nashik Irrigation Division Today following Dams are under control Nashik Irrigation Division Darna, Gangapur, Mukane, Kadwa, Bhavali major projects, Alandi, Bhojapur, Kashyapi, Gautami-Godavari, Waldevi, Daraswadi, and Palkhed Right bank canal are medium projects. and 33 minor Irrigation Tanks and 4 K T weirs .
